We set out to the grout line, waterproof to Australian Standards, and check our own work at every stage. The result is a short defect list, a clean handover, and a subbie you can put on the next job without thinking twice.

Setout & waterproofing
The invisible work that decides everything. We set out so cuts fall in the right places and line through with fixtures and other trades, waterproof wet areas to AS 3740, and screed falls that actually drain. You get certificates and photos for your compliance file.

Installation
Tiles go down to a checked setout: straight lines, even joints, neat mitres. We work in cleanly around the other trades on site and keep the area tidy, whether it's a single bathroom or forty across a development.

Seal & handover
We seal, detail-clean and walk the finished areas with you before handover, sorting any marks ourselves. You get a short defect list, not a long one. If anything needs a look after the fact, we come back fast.
